Your agreement and eligibility
These terms apply to the service provided under the Unflaggable.bio brand. The plan and billing period you select, the Billing & domains policy, Acceptable use policy, the Referral rewards terms if you participate, and, where applicable, our Data Processing Addendum form part of your agreement. Privacy notices explain processing; accepting these terms is not blanket consent to tracking or marketing.
Account holders must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If acting for a business or creator, you must have authority to act for them. Keep account access secure and tell us promptly about suspected compromise. Mandatory consumer protections apply whenever you qualify as a consumer, regardless of the label on your plan.
Social accounts, platforms and results
Unflaggable provides page-building, domain-routing, traffic and research tools. We do not control Instagram, Meta, TikTok, search engines, browsers, registrars, payment providers or other third parties. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
We do not promise that a page, domain or social account will remain unflagged, unrestricted, recommended or available. We do not promise account recovery, particular reach, conversions, revenue, subscribers, security against every attack, or uninterrupted service. A separate domain reduces shared-hostname exposure; it does not provide a separate hosting network or immunity from enforcement. The name Unflaggable is a brand, not a guarantee.
Crawler and network classification may make mistakes, and browser handoff depends on the browser and operating system. Server-side redirects keep destination URLs out of the initial page data, but the destination becomes visible when followed. Location is approximate. Outbound clicks indicate an interaction, not a verified sale. Virality forecasts are estimates. You remain responsible for your content, destinations and compliance with each platform’s rules.
Content, AI and visitor responsibilities
You retain rights you hold in your content. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, display and deliver it for the service and your chosen publication settings. Only upload or import material you are entitled to use, including likenesses and public social-media content. Public availability is not permission to copy or commercially reuse content.
Review AI output before publishing. Output may be inaccurate, similar to others’ work or unsuitable for your purpose. Do not submit confidential third-party information, sensitive personal data, credentials or unlawful instructions to the designer. A decorative badge must not falsely suggest identity verification, endorsement or platform approval.
For visitor data processed on your behalf, you decide the purpose and must provide your own accurate identity, contact details and privacy information. Your obligations as a controller include establishing the applicable legal basis, notices and any required choices for your processing.
Invitation access and free preview
New accounts are available by invitation. Joining the waitlist does not create an account, reserve a domain or start a subscription. Invited users can sign in and explore the available preview before buying a plan.
A free account includes one private saved page, all 20 layouts, unlimited manual editing, three AI requests in total, one Instagram import and 100 MB of media storage. Preview AI and import allowances do not reset monthly. Started AI attempts, including failed attempts, use a request. No payment card is required and no paid subscription starts automatically.
The preview is accessible while signed in to your own account; it is not a public creator page. Publishing requires an active paid subscription and a separately purchased, verified domain. Paid plan allowances and optional services are shown before checkout. Creating duplicate accounts to bypass free allowances is not permitted.
Plans, domains and changes
Prices, billing periods and resource allowances are shown before checkout. Domain registration is separate from a software subscription. Unused allowances do not roll over unless your order says otherwise. See Billing & domains for cancellation, renewal, withdrawal and refunds.
We may change the service for maintenance, security, legal obligations or development. Material adverse paid-service or contract changes will be explained in advance where practicable and as required by law, with applicable cancellation or other statutory remedies. Updated terms do not retrospectively remove accrued rights.
Suspension, termination and complaints
We may restrict content or access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, a material contract breach, non-payment, security threats or a binding third-party requirement. We will act proportionately, give reasons and an opportunity to challenge a decision where lawful, and avoid disclosing information that would compromise security or an investigation.
You can unpublish a page, cancel subscription renewal through billing, export account data and request deletion. These are different actions. Domain registration, required accounting records, unresolved disputes and legal holds can need separate handling. Submit complaints or appeals through the legal request form. We review requests; submitting a report does not automatically remove content.
Your subscription and third-party account decisions
Your purchase is for the Unflaggable software service and the features and allowances in your selected plan. It is not a purchase of advertising reach, social-account approval, account reinstatement or guaranteed income. Meta and other platforms decide their own moderation and recommendation outcomes.
A third-party account restriction does not, by itself, establish that Unflaggable failed to supply the contracted service or entitle you to compensation for lost followers or earnings. Your separate rights concerning our own billing, cancellation, service delivery, privacy and any applicable statutory remedies remain unaffected.
Responsibility and limits of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for third-party platform decisions or losses caused by your content, destinations, account conduct or breach of third-party rules. This does not excuse our own breach of a duty that applicable law makes our responsibility.
For business customers only, and only where lawful, we exclude indirect or consequential loss and lost profits, anticipated savings, goodwill or business opportunity, and limit aggregate contractual liability to fees paid or payable to us for the affected service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Connected events are treated as one claim.
These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot lawfully be excluded, death or personal injury caused by negligence, statutory data-protection liability, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Nothing removes mandatory consumer guarantees, refunds, remedies or access to a competent court or supervisory authority.
Resolving disputes
Contact the operator or submit a legal request with the account, transaction and problem involved. We aim to resolve concerns directly. No provision requires you to give up a mandatory local remedy, regulator complaint or lawful court claim. The agreement is governed by Slovenian law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory protection afforded by the law of your habitual residence where applicable. Competent courts are determined under applicable jurisdiction rules; this agreement does not require consumers to give up a court available to them by law.
