Who can take part
An adult account holder can share their personal invitation link from Invite & earn. This is a subscription-credit programme, not a cash affiliate commission or employment relationship. Tell people you may receive a subscription reward when they join through your invitation. Do not spam, impersonate us, make unsupported earnings or account-safety claims, or use self-referrals or fraudulent accounts.
When an invitation qualifies
A new customer must join through your invitation or submit your code within seven days of creating their account, before their first subscription payment. Only the first valid referral association is kept. Existing paying customers, self-referrals, free signups, unpaid invoices, trials and domain-only purchases do not qualify.
One reward is earned when the invited account makes its first successful, positive, automatically collected Unflaggable subscription payment. The same customer earns you one reward in total, not a new reward on each renewal. A cancelled subscription does not undo a genuinely completed qualifying payment, but an unused reward may be cancelled if that payment is refunded, disputed or fraudulent.
How your free month works
Rewards are applied automatically to eligible future subscription renewal invoices. On a monthly plan, one reward covers one monthly base subscription charge. On an annual plan, one reward credits one twelfth of the annual base subscription charge, with up to twelve rewards used on a yearly renewal. The credit is calculated using the plan price at the renewal; applicable taxes are calculated on the invoice.
A reward cannot reduce an invoice below zero. If other discounts or adjustments leave less than one full reward available, the reward carries forward. Additional monthly rewards are used on later renewals. Rewards do not apply to your initial purchase, plan-change adjustments, domain purchases, taxes or third-party charges.
You can earn rewards before subscribing. They wait in your account until an eligible renewal. There are no cash payouts, transfers between accounts or refunds of reward value. Cancelling renewal does not convert rewards into cash. Existing unused rewards have no scheduled expiry while your account remains open.
Your records and fair use
Invite & earn shows attributed signups, rewards awaiting payment, earned months and applied credits. Other customers’ names, email addresses and payment details are not disclosed. If an invitation or credit appears wrong, contact info@umiq.si or send a billing request.
We may investigate abuse, correct duplicate credits and suspend participation for substantiated misuse. We do not silently charge your card to recover a referral reward. Material programme changes apply prospectively with notice, and do not remove legitimately accrued rewards except where necessary to address fraud, reversed qualifying payments or applicable law.
