Service-provider categories
We use hosting, content-delivery, authentication and storage providers to operate accounts, pages and media; payment providers to process transactions; domain registrars and registries to fulfil registrations; and email delivery providers to send requested and essential messages. They receive the account, content, transaction, registrant or network data needed for their role.
AI processing providers handle the instructions and selected content needed for requested design features. Social-data providers supply public profile and post information for imports and creator research. IP-location providers can receive an IP address to estimate approximate location when the relevant feature is enabled. Remote media hosts receive network requests when their media loads.
Other recipients
Authorized staff may access information to support customers, protect the service and handle legal requests. We may share necessary information with professional advisers, competent authorities or parties to a business transfer where legally required or otherwise permitted with appropriate safeguards. Some payment and registration providers act as independent controllers for their own legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data or run a cross-site targeted advertising programme in the current service. A service provider’s processing role does not authorize unrelated use of your information.
International processing
Service providers may process data outside your country. Where applicable, restricted transfers require a valid mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards, with supplementary measures where needed. We do not promise that all processing occurs in one country or region.
You can request the relevant recipient identities, processing locations and transfer safeguards through the privacy request form, including without an account. Customer controllers can also access the named provider register from their account.
Customer processing information
The customer provider register identifies the services involved, their processing purposes and relevant provider notices. It is available to signed-in customers and prospective customers without purchasing a plan. It does not include our internal implementation instructions.
Where a processing agreement requires it, adding or replacing a subprocessor requires appropriate notice and an opportunity to raise a substantiated data-protection objection. We maintain the relevant processing arrangements and review safeguards as the service and its providers change.
