Your price and allowance
Checkout identifies the plan, currency, billing period, amount payable and applicable taxes. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew for the selected period unless cancelled. Annual prices are charged annually, not as twelve monthly instalments. Your subscription does not include a domain purchase unless your order expressly says so.
Plan limits cover saved pages, links, AI requests, recorded analytics events, location lookups, refreshes and storage. They are shared across your account as described on the plan page. Reaching an allowance can pause the related feature; it is not permission to silently charge unlimited overages. A click allowance measures recorded analytics, not a guarantee that every visit will be measured.
Cancelling a subscription
Open Plan & billing in your dashboard and choose Cancel subscription. Review and confirm the cancellation in the secure billing flow. You can also manage payment methods and view invoices there. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period shown there. Unpublishing, deleting a page or ceasing use does not by itself cancel subscription renewal. If you cannot access the portal, submit a billing request.
Voluntary cancellation alone does not create a pro-rated refund entitlement unless offered in your order or required by law. Statutory withdrawal, defective-service remedies, duplicate or erroneous charges and other non-waivable rights remain available. We assess refund requests on their facts.
Domain registration and renewal
Domain availability and prices are checked before purchase and can change until the registrar completes registration. Domain checkout collects a separate registration fee through our payment processor; we then submit the order to our domain-registration provider. When you choose Buy domain and publish, you authorize us to connect the domain and publish the saved page version approved at checkout once registration and the secure connection are ready. Later draft edits are not included until separately published. You can unpublish from the editor. Registration, DNS and secure-certificate processing can take time; your order shows progress. Payment does not itself mean the domain was successfully registered. If registration fails, the order workflow attempts a refund; check the order and contact us if it remains unresolved.
Provide accurate registrant contact details and respond to any registrar verification request. Domain orders are subject to applicable registry and registrar rules. Availability, prohibited names, disputes, transfer locks and renewal rules can restrict use. A domain purchase does not grant trademark rights.
Auto-renewal is currently off. Renewal is a separate action and the then-current renewal price may change. You are responsible for monitoring expiry; contact us before expiry to arrange supported renewal or transfer options. Domains are provisioned through our managed registration account, not automatically into a personal registrar account in your name. Transfer or account-move options depend on the registry and registrar and must be confirmed.
Consumer withdrawal and remedies
If you qualify for a statutory withdrawal right, including the usual 14-day period for eligible EU/EEA distance service contracts, you may communicate an unequivocal withdrawal statement through Withdraw from contract here or the operator’s contact details. You do not have to give a reason. Use the account or order reference and the contract date if available.
Starting a service or registering a domain does not by itself remove a consumer’s statutory rights. Any lawful exception, express request for early performance, proportionate charge or loss of withdrawal right must meet applicable requirements and be explained before the order. Refund timing and method follow applicable law, including the usual 14-day reimbursement requirement for valid EU withdrawal, subject to lawful exceptions.
The request tool records your submission, emails a receipt to the supplied address, and provides a downloadable receipt with its time and content. If email delivery fails, the form explains that and you can save the receipt directly. A withdrawal statement is received when submitted; our later assessment does not change its submission time. You may use another unequivocal means permitted by law. Request a copy of your contract or invoice through the same form.
