Lawful content and rights
Do not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, impersonation, phishing, malware, credential theft, exploitation, threats, unlawful discrimination or infringement of intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights. Do not falsely represent a badge as a completed identity check or imply endorsements you do not have.
Child sexual abuse or exploitation material, sexualized depictions of minors, non-consensual intimate material, sexual trafficking and content promoting or facilitating these are prohibited. Report such material by URL without uploading copies to our request form. For immediate danger contact the appropriate emergency authority.
Hosting explicit sexual media is not enabled as an approved use of this service. Age notices and private links do not override law or upstream provider policies. All linked destinations must be lawful, appropriately age-restricted where required, and permitted by the services involved.
Respect the service and other platforms
Do not evade quotas, compromise accounts, probe other customers’ data, inject unauthorized trackers, disrupt the service, or use routing, crawler detection or browser handoff to facilitate illegal conduct or mislead security investigations. Protection features are not authorization to violate platform rules or bypass lawful safeguards.
You must have permission for uploaded and imported media and for use of a person’s likeness. The Virality Studio is for research: views and links to public posts do not give you a licence to repost another person’s work. Use authorized assets and your own original work.
Notices, decisions and appeals
Report allegedly illegal or infringing content using the legal request form. Provide the specific URL, a clear explanation and legal basis where known, supporting information you can lawfully share, and an accurate good-faith statement. Contact details help us clarify a report; the form supports reports without an email address where needed.
We review reports and may request details, restrict access, preserve necessary evidence, refer legally required information to authorities or decline unsupported requests. Decisions should be reasoned and proportionate. A creator or reporter can appeal through the same form using the original reference. Human review remains available. Do not abuse reporting to harass others or suppress lawful expression.
